Sprouting Peppers!

Several weeks ago, Zinn and I tried to sprout an avocado.  Well, that didn't pan out.  But more recently, we were serving up a bell pepper for snack, and we decided to toss some of the seeds in some dirt and just see what happened.  Well, we stuck the planted seeds under a grow light, and they sprouted!  We are hoping that we will see some big pepper plants someday soon, and maybe we will be growing our own snacks!
